Barn Rental
The events barn at Codman Farm is available for rental for parties, weddings, and other special events. The events barn is 35′ x 78′, with plenty of open space for all types of functions. The barn can hold approximately 125 people, and there can be supplemental space with the addition of a rented tent. The barn has electricity and running water. The rental fee includes the use of our tables and chairs, which we have for 100 people. Renters also are allowed the use of our kitchen for reheating and prepping food for their events. The fee for renting the barn is $1000 for farm members and $1200 for non-members.
